Quality and Return. Flowers to Lithuniania

Quality

  • We reserve the right to modify the composition of a bouquet or design without changing its monetary or aesthetic value. All modifications and collections are done by highly qualified and experienced florists. We try to compose bouquets as similar as possible to the ones given in the photographs. 
  • Each bouquet or design is individually created following the rules of floristics. In the eyes of florists all flowers are different and each of them is unique in some way, for this reason, the final product is also unique not only because of the constituent plants, but also because of the florist’s imagination and ability to foreground how the most beautiful plants match one another. Each bouquet or design is a separate work of art; thus, we cannot guarantee that the one You have ordered will look exactly the same as it is in the photographs.
  • If we do not have a basket which is pictured in photographs, a similar basket worth the same or more will be used. If exactly the same soft toys as in photographs are not available, we will use as similar toys as possible having the same or bigger value. We do this because we always move forwards and search for new goods, only the flowers remain the same.
  • The bouquets and designs in the photographs are of medium prices. All of them may be modified depending on the amount of money You are willing to spend. Adding extra money to the price of a medium bouquet or design will enlarge it and will respectively diminish it when less than the price of a medium bouquet or design is paid.
  • Return

    Return of flowers

  • The delivered flowers are given a two-day (48-hour) quality warranty. Flowers or plants that the customers complain about will be replaced if they are returned to the shop during the mentioned period of time. In case of a dispute, we will require a photograph of the product.
  • Delivery services and return

  • We can cover the delivery expenses only if it was our mistake. Otherwise we will return only the money paid for the goods, but not the price of delivery. The money for a musical performance also cannot be returned.
  • Return of presents

  • You can return bad quality goods free of charge in two working days from the day the order was approved and receive your money back. We can replace bad quality goods or return the money into the customer’s bank account.
  • Order cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled two working days before the delivery date by submitting the number of the order and other details. The money after transfer fee will reach your bank account in 10 working days. We do not guarantee the return of money if you cancel the order latter than the indicated period of time.
